Patricia Delgado is a Spanish artist. Her academic training takes place in her native island, Tenerife and in Antwerp, Belgium. She has a long career in artistic creation. It has numerous collective and individual exhibitions nationally and internationally. Her knowledge and specialization in intaglio engraving and in the edition of the original print, has led her to make numerous editions on request and to participate in projects with works destined for collections, art halls, foundations and public and private organizations. In parallel, she develops her creative work and research, giving workshops and lectures on technical and creative processes of engraving and its application in other media independent of paper.

In recent years, its activity has been complemented with its commercial brand ‘pd’, launching a handmade products, intrinsically related to engraving and its turned into delicate unique pieces.

Born in 1973 on the island of Tenerife, the memories of her childhood are linked to those of her grandmother, a vision that will later be reflected in her work under themes such as childhood, memory, the passage of time and her trace.

At the age of twenty she declined her teaching vocation as a result of his contact and study of engraving in Belgium, making the intaglio engraving her hallmark and the backbone of his professional career. The multitude of countries traveled and known cultures open their eyes as an artist, gaining strength in their subject, the environment as a reflection of the triumphs and failures of human beings.
